Replaces the OEM Aluminum Buffertube Spacer.
This rear alignment spacer is intended to keep a Retro Arms VFC Spec Gearbox perfectly aligned inside of a VFC 416A5 Receiver. The precise fitment of the rear alignment spacer inside of the buffertube acts as a stable point of constraint, ensuring that the gearbox stays fixed in perfect alignment within the receiver.
When secured with the OEM Buffertube Screw and included washer, this rear alignment spacer prevents the Retro Arms QC Spring Guide from pushing in and rotating itself out of the gearbox during operation and maintenance. This is a persistent problem when attempting to use the OEM Spacer.
All AntTech Rear Alignment Spacers are 3D printed with a PETG plastic due to its excellent UV and chemical resistance, rigidity, higher than normal melting temperature, relatively low cost, and consistent batch-to-batch print quality!
The model is printed with thick walls and a complex infill pattern to ensure structural integrity. This product was designed and manufactured with end-use conditions in mind!
