Consultation 

Consultation is required for every Airsoft replica being submitted for tech services. Form entries submitted without prior consultation will be discarded and will not hold your replica’s place in queue.

Consultation can be done over the phone, via email, or in-person during business hours. During consultation, we determine the build/ repair plan for your replica and create an estimate to include the price of parts and labor.

Pricing 

Labor:

Upon submitting your Airsoft replica for tech services, an Initial Deposit amounting to half of the labor estimate is due upfront and is non-refundable.

Labor Hours are priced at $45/ hour.

Parts / Part(s) Orders:

All parts carried by AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC are price matched unless otherwise listed at the discretion of the tech. 

Any item(s) that need to be ordered to complete your replica is considered a Part(s) Order. Part(s) Orders will be billed via an emailed invoice. Part(s) Orders will include the cost of the item(s), shipping to AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC, tax and an additional $25 flat Service Fee per order. Part(s) Orders will not be fulfilled by AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC until the respective invoice for such order is paid in full.

Special orders may be subject to extra fees at the discretion of the tech. Special orders may include international orders, sublet services (Machining/ lathing, 3D Printing, Painting, etc.), or pre-order/ limited quantity items (Chimeras, Spectres, Kytheras, UGS/ CGS, new releases, custom parts/ accessories, etc.).

Cancellation Terms

Initial Deposit, Part(s) Orders, and fees  are non-refundable. 

Client’s Airsoft replica, and purchased items are property of the Client. Clients are obligated to pick up their property in-person, or pay for shipping of their property to the address provided in their Tech Work Submission Form. Shipping costs for returning cancellations will be billed via emailed invoice. AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC is responsible for procuring a shipping label in the event of a cancellation.

Acknowledgements 

By signing this form, you acknowledge that AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC will be accepting your Airsoft item(s) for tech services. You acknowledge AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC’s pricing policy for Parts, Part(s) Orders, Labor Hours, and any Service Fees associated with servicing and purchasing items for your Airsoft replica. You acknowledge that any item(s) and services not paid for within 30 days of completion are subject to forfeiture and become the sole property of AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC. You acknowledge AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC will make every effort possible to contact you upon completion of the tech service to ensure this does not happen. You acknowledge that you must provide accurate/ reachable contact information upon submitting a Tech Service Submission Form. You acknowledge the Terms of Cancellation. You acknowledge that property of the Client not picked up, or arranged for shipping after 30 days of AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC receiving a cancellation request are subject to forfeiture and become the sole property of AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC. You acknowledge AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC will make every effort possible to contact you upon receiving a cancellation request to ensure the Client’s property is returned within 30 days of AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC receiving your cancellation request.

Terms and Conditions of Use  

By accessing any of AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC’s tech services, you will have agreed to, verified and acknowledged all waivers and disclaimers below: You are at least 18 years of age. All sale transactions are final. Buyer assumes full responsibility for all liabilities, damages, injuries, and modifications done to products, buyer local laws, buyer local regulations, and ownership of Airsoft replicas. You will not hold AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC responsible for any legal actions, liabilities, damages, penalties, claims, or other obligations caused by your ownership of Airsoft replicas. AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC will not be responsible for injuries and damages caused by improper usage, user errors or stunts. Pricing, specification, and availability are subject to change without notice. Designated trademarks and brands are the property of their respective owners. 

Warranty Policies 

All tech services sold by AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC carry a 30 day warranty unless otherwise specified. The warranty period goes into effect the day you pick up/ receive your Airsoft replica. All sales are final. Free repair services are available within the warranty period. Parts are not covered under warranty unless otherwise determined by AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC. 

AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC’s warranty covers repair of defective services only, as determined by AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC. Modifying, altering, or tampering with your replica will void all warranties. Warranty voids when the product is abused, altered, disassembled in any way, showing any alteration or modification, has been worked on by another business or technician other than AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC, or is past the 30 day warranty period.  

All Airsoft replicas sold and serviced by AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC require the use of high grade Airsoft BBs. Use of any lower grade or lower weight BBs than a .20g will cause extensive damage to your gun and void your warranty immediately. AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC recommends obtaining the highest quality BB’s possible of .20g or higher. AntTech Airsoft Studios LLC recommends the use of high quality batteries and chargers only.
